Here you can search for a specific private living space, offer an available living space or even enter a personal search entry of your own.

For Thuringia-wide:

• You can find offers for private rooms and apartments in Thuringia at any of the Studierendenwerk’s information centers and independently get in touch with your potential landlord. As available offers are constantly changing, we cannot provide a list of offers over the telephone.
• This webpage in winter semester also lists offers of rooms that are available for rent. The detailed views will inform you whether you can get in touch with the lessor directly or whether you should contact our information center. Rental prices are often only a point of reference and can be negotiated before you sign your lease agreement. The Studentenwerk cannot provide any information about the quality of the rooms or apartments offered.

Room offers can be hung up in the information centers of the Studierendenwerk (except of the INFOtake Jena).

If you want to display a room offer in the internet, you can fill out a corresponding form in the information center of your university location. You are more than welcome to bring a picture file of your room or send it by email, upon prior arrangement.
