Proof of use

The complete proof of use must be submitted independently to the Studierendenwerk Thüringen no later than six weeks after the end of the project.
This consists of a project report, documentation of public relations work, invoices and numerical proof.

If not all of the funding has been spent, the remaining amount must be paid back to the Studierendenwerk Thüringen.
If the proof of use is submitted too late or not at all, or if the proof of use is incomplete, the entire funding amount will be reclaimed.
This means that the project cannot be funded again.
