Labelling of additives and allergens in food offerings in accordance with the Additives Approval Regulation (ZZulV) § 9 Labelling / Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 (Food Information Regulation).
When allergenic ingredients are used, they are labelled on the menu and on site at the serving area for each dish. As daily changes to the menu are only displayed on the online menu with a delay, we ask you to also check the notices on site for information about the presence of allergens, additives and ingredients.
We use the following allergenic substances in the preparation of our meals:
Cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, chicken eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, dairy products, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide, lupin, molluscs.
Despite taking the utmost care, we cannot rule out the possibility of technically unavoidable traces of these allergenic substances:
