We offer orientation and decision-making support in our general social counselling service, as well as information on complex social issues such as:
Regulations for working students, mini-job, consequences for health insurance, social insurance, BAföG, taxes, special features of internships, maternity pay, etc.

Possibilities of exemption from payment of the fee in case of BAföG or special economic hardship
- Social law issues such as family health and other insurances
- entitlement to citizen's allowance
- university law issues regarding study organisation, semester off, examination procedures, and much more.
Compensation for disadvantages in completing academic work and in examination procedures, benefits according to SGB XII (Social Code) for additional expenses and efforts due to disabilities
Finding a job and working, social benefits and effects on residence status, etc.
Confidentiality and secrecy are ensured in the counselling sessions as a matter of course.
