Counselling
During your studies, not everything may always work out as planned. Sometimes crises arise or you must cope with new situations in your life. Then you can find the right contact persons at the Studierendenwerk's counselling centres.
We provide advice at the General Social Counselling Centres (ASB) and the Psychosocial Counselling Centres (PSB). In addition, you can also take advantage of free legal counselling at all sites.
Our information centres provide you with general information about the Studierendenwerk, applications and forms, as well as a lot of useful information about your place of study.
Our counsellors are bound by an oath of secrecy. All consultations provided by the Studierendenwerk are confidential and free of charge.

Evaluation
In order to continuously improve and develop its counseling services, the “Studierendenwerk Thüringen” conducts regular surveys. These surveys evaluate the general and psychosocial counseling services as well as the information centers of the Studierendenwerk throughout Thuringia via an online survey.
