Flexible child care (Booking care blocks)
The Studierendenwerk Thüringen offers Flexible Childcare in cooperation with the universities at the campuses Erfurt, Weimar, Ilmenau and Jena.
- Students, employees of the universities and the Studierendenwerk Thüringen can have their children looked after by student assistants experienced in childcare for a maximum of 4 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
- The booking of a place can be made in blocks (1 block = 2 hours).
- Per block:
- Students pay € 6.00
- University employees (from universities with a cooperation agreement) and employees of the Thuringia Student Services Association €13.50.
- External interested parties and employees of universities without a cooperation agreement can use the childcare service for €35.00.
